Founded in 2017 by Russ, Crosdales BBQ has become synonymous with unforgettable, interactive live fire BBQ experiences in Sydney & beyond. The journey began in 2010 with a visit to the Salt Lick in Texas, where the allure of live fire cooking sparked a passion. Despite early setbacks, determination led Russ to head overseas and land in Toronto in 2014, where he learned from pitmasters from coast to coast across Canada & the U.S and honed his skills at Hank Daddy's Barbecue.
Returning home to Sydney in 2017, Crosdales BBQ started with a bang, catering events and earning acclaim. Commitment to perfection was recognized when they won "Most Outstanding New Business" in the Hawkesbury 2018 Local Business Awards.
With a focus on customization, Crosdales BBQ expanded their offerings, introducing custom-designed live fire trailers, trailer smokers and unique, bespoke menu's.
In 2022, Crosdales BBQ's popularity soared, and they secured their position as Sydney's premier live fire catering experience. As they entered 2023, they showcased their excellence in more than 60 weddings and multiple fairs, festivals and events across the region, placing in the Top 5 in the Wedding Industry Awards.
