While applying for a fair stand, please note that we have set aside a number of spaces specifically for new exhibitors who may have missed out last year or are new to the industry, ensuring an infusion of 'new blood' to the fair each year. This keeps our offerings diverse and reflective of our ‘community over competition’ ethos.

We proudly showcase vendors from each of our core regions: Macarthur, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and South Coast . Additionally, we maintain a 2-10% saturation rate within each vendor category. This ensures a vibrant and varied showcase, celebrating vendors from each core region and supporting a collaborative environment.
