We offer a unique platform for wedding industry professionals to showcase their products and services. Participating in Love A Fair Wedding Showcase means gaining access to a wide audience, enhancing your brand visibility and connecting with both couples and fellow vendors in a vibrant, creative community.
Celebrating its 7th year in 2025, Love A Fair has been a leader in bringing together the finest in the local wedding industry. By joining us, you're not just participating in an event; you're becoming part of a movement to grow the entire region as a top-tier wedding destination. Our commitment to "Celebrating Local Inspiration + Authentic Connection" isn’t just our tagline—it’s a promise to our vendors and couples alike.
We are dedicated to bringing fresh perspectives to Love A Fair each year. While applying for a fair stand, please note that we have set aside a number of spaces specifically for new exhibitors who may have missed out last year or are new to the industry, ensuring an infusion of 'new blood' to the fair each year. This keeps our offerings diverse and reflective of our ‘community over competition’ ethos.
We proudly showcase vendors from each of our core regions: Macarthur, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and South Coast . Additionally, we maintain a 2-10% saturation rate within each vendor category. This ensures a vibrant and varied showcase, celebrating vendors from each core region and supporting a collaborative environment.

Industry Newbies Initiative
At Love A Fair, we believe in nurturing fresh talent and supporting new businesses as they find their footing in the wedding industry. With over a decade of experience in the events industry, we understand both the challenges and the excitement of starting a new venture.
Each fair, we offer two free vendor spaces to wedding businesses that have been operating for less than 12 months. This initiative is designed to help small businesses gain exposure, connect with couples and network with other industry professionals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Starting a business can be daunting, but we believe in fostering a community where creativity and passion can thrive. Through this initiative, we aim to give emerging businesses a platform to showcase their services and begin building a strong foundation for success.
