Giovanni & Danielle here! We're a husband-and-wife duo based in Wilton NSW and we're seriously turning heads with our pizza pop-up on wheels! 

 Giovanni, a locally renowned chef and pizza maker, has spent over 20 years leading award-winning kitchens in the Macarthur region. He is now bringing you his signature slow-fermented, hand-stretched, flamed sourdough pizzas. We haven’t reinvented the wheel, but we’ve perfected it and transformed it into an unforgettable experience.

 We passionately serve the Wollondilly and Macarthur regions, the Southern Highlands, and all the way to the NSW South Coast! You’ll find us popping up at various locations, markets, and events, and we're available for all your private catering needs—from weddings and engagements to bucks/hens parties, baby showers, birthdays, and more!
